Not as straightforward as I hoped

Trying to find a simple screen share, app to app, for supporting remote IPad for an elderly family member has been a challenge. Screenleap does the job, but it it is too complicated to get my relative to activate it, when she has unsteady hands and there is too many choices of steps.

Developers, think of more than a simple business use, remember there is many reasons for needing to support people remotely and the elderly and mobility users need to be able to have something up running quickly and easily. Can you start thinking out of the box. If you can FaceTime with a email address, why cannot an app use the same credentials with simple single step authority at the remote end to activate.

Thank you, if you are interested in moving your product forward to be more simple to use, with maybe some parameters to filter out options and make the process easier, please do not hesitate to come back to me.

Useless

It’s extremely laggy and doesn’t share sound.
