Perfection

Exactly what a mobile puzzle game should be: short, visibly pleasing puzzles that each have their own unique twist and feel satisfying to solve. That topped with interesting facts on what inspired each puzzle. My only criticism is the lack of content, I hope the game continues to be updated as it really is a great app, unlike any other I’ve seen.

Only thing is that puzzle 12 is not responsive to me moving the ball around the screen, it is just not getting bigger at all no matter how slow I go.

Hi RikkiRok, really cool to hear you appreciate this different kind of game from many of the ones out there. Thanks for notifying me about the bug in puzzle 12. It was caused by an update in iOS and it should be fixed in the latest release of Secret Signs.

I’ve paid the £1.99 for the extra riddles and I’ve checked and it’s gone through and taken it from my account but it’s not showing in the game and asking me to pay again. I’ve reloaded the games multiple times and tried playing the extra riddles a couple of hours later and still no result. A bit distressing as I don’t want to pay for them again :(.
However the first 8 riddles are great! And I really enjoyed them :D
I just want some advice and help :(

Sorry to hear about the purchase trouble! First, try the "Restore purchases" button in the app's settings menu. If that doesn't work, visit https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084. It shows your how to check your purchase history, to make sure you were actually charged. If yes, you can request a refund from Apple (us app developers cannot do this). If you weren't charged, you could choose to try again to make the in-app purchase. I hope this helps you resolve the issue!
