App not working on iPhone X now

Initially when installed a week ago was working fine. However, customer set up of light settings did not appear to save so was not fully working. Since the past few days when trying to open the app it instantly closes. After restarting phone app opens momentarily but again after few seconds reverts back to closing app automatically. Desperately needs a update as app definitely has a bug issue. Now starting to regret making purchases of two of theses products. I trust LUTEC will fix and I may be content with this product. Please fix!!!!

Crashing App! Now solved with update.

App now working. I received an email from Apple yesterday, 29th July, telling me had a response from Lutec. That response from Lutec was posted in February!

EDITED AGAIN - An update has sorted the problem with iPhones (app wasn’t working on 3/4G) so the problem has gone away and can see what’s happening at home now even when I have no wifi.

EDIT! I’m now adding this paragraph. The problem seems to be that the app crashes on iPhones when we haven’t got wifi and are relying on 4G/mobile data. We sat with friends the other evening away from homes - both homes have Lutec lights/cameras. Only the one person with the Samsung phone could use the app using mobile data. The other three phones were iPhones and the app crashed on them while using mobile data.

As Mez R says, the app keeps crashing as soon as it opens. You just catch sight of it and then it’s gone! It’s really frustrating and the app becomes useless! Sometimes it works, and then it starts crashing again. I deleted the app and then reinstalled it, in case that helped - but it hasn’t. There must be a bug. PLEASE GET IT SORTED LUTEC!

Update required

Since the recent update, 3 Days ago the app seems to have affected playback on both iPad and iPhone - with live view and playback frame refresh jumping anywhere between 3 and 10 seconds...No issues with broadband speed at the router or at the camera and reseting doesn’t seem to make any difference. Turning off the iPad or iPhone seems to improve the live view and review playback but eventually reverts back to poor refresh playback rates when app closed down...When working well app is great but recent update seems to have generated a few issues...further updates appreciated
