Description
This app is for storing DIGITAL tickets only, it will NOT show e-ticket PDFs or other orders.
The See Tickets Digital Wallet allows digital tickets purchased through seetickets.com (and associated sites) to be stored safely and securely. Tickets stored in the Wallet will be linked to your See Tickets customer account and when scanned, will grant you entry to the event(s) you have purchased tickets for.
The barcode associated with any See Tickets digital ticket has been designed to be tamper proof, to deter use by touts or other unauthorised users.

Worried about my ticket
Upon reading the reviews of this app I am nervous for an upcoming concert I am due to attend on Feb 21st, I’m seeing the 1975. My worry comes from seeing multiple reviews saying people didn’t see their tickets appear and when they tried to contact customer service they weren’t given any help.
How can I be assured that I will for definite have my ticket digitally on my phone in time for the concert? Otherwise I would’ve wasted £76 on a ticket that isn’t appearing and I will be wasting most part of a day queuing for nothing. Please can you get back to me.
App doesn’t work!
I’ve purchased e-tickets and they doesn’t show up on the app - it’s says that “I don’t have orders”! I can only see the tickets through the website but the app is useless despite that I’ve downloaded the last version of it! Also the times of the event got changed and despite their email informing me about it they never sent the new updated tickets (2 and a half months!)! The event that I’ve bought tickets is pretty soon (less than a week) and tickets still not visible!Wont use this app again,it’s just waste of time!
