So far pretty good!

First it is fast, pickup next day and payment received in a week.
Second, We have not (yet) had the problems mentioned by others of many rejected books. We only offer Ziffit books which are in decent condtion and where a price of £1 is indicated. Nothing torn or brown. That may help too.
Third, we have managed to sell quite a few small collections at decent prices although we know that they are then on sale for much more! One book for which Xiffit offered £6 was later sold by us on Ebay for £45 but it was a lot more work and most books do not sell at all on Ebay.
Last one annoying feature is that you can only remove a basket by competing the trade or rmoving the app and starting over. We often use the app to sort book but only complete the trade when we have enough to make a pick up worthwhile.

Don’t try and sell in bulk!!!!

My partner has a LOT of DVD’s. By a lot I mean over 900 DVD’s. The app first of all is difficult to try and work out at first. You can only have 4 items in a basket, and it then stops accepting any items. You have to create a new basket to then continue. Second of all we both used our phones to scan the same product and there was such a big price difference at times. And finally when we had finished scanning everything, and was ready to complete the trade 400 odd mine and a little more on the other phone, the app turns around and says it’s no longer accepting the items and deletes almost everything, even though the majority of them we did on that same day. I was left with like 35 items. We were such in dismay as it happened to both of us. All that time was wasted.

Ps. If you add 4 items in the basket and delete those same items it also won’t accept any more products. It will come up with error message unfortunately we’re no longer accepting this item. What you have to do is go to your trade history and add to current basket and then create a new basket. JUST DONT TRY AND DO IT IN BULK. I’d say cut off would be about 30ish

Few recommendations: have a search function, or at least organise in alphabetical order. Sort out the basket point I made earlier on where you can only have 4 items in basket before you need to create one. Also, to review your FAQ’s and the app itself as some of the answers are not factual.

Mixed feelings about this app

I sold 24 items with this app. The process was fairly easy, scan the barcodes, box them up and DPD come to collect them, this was easier than posting them which I liked. However, when the order was processed after 2 weeks, Ziffit claimed that there were 6 items missing. This is untrue. One item was missing (I informed them about this as I misplaced it after scanning) but the rest were definitely in there and I taped the box securely so unless the DPD driver stole them which I think is unlikely they can’t have gone missing.
They did reject one on the grounds it was not in good condition, which is fair enough but be mindful they won’t return any items so make sure you’re absolutely certain you don’t want the item before selling it.
As other users have stated you only get a small amount for each item. One of my items was a university textbook which cost £60 and I was offered 8 pence for it…However the money wasn’t really an issue for me as I was going to dispose of the books anyway and I wasn’t expecting a lot with them being second hand. I would partially recommend this app but stating that items were missing has put me off using them again.
