Let the Sequoia spa at The Grove app help you make the most of your membership, fitness regime and services at Sequoia.
The app consists of:
FACILITY AREA: Discover the services that Sequoia Membership provides and choose what interests you most.
MY MOVEMENT: Here you can check out your personalised fitness programme and any other activities that you’ve selected.
RESULTS: Check your progresses, collect MOVEs and set begin to set yourself some targets.
SETTINGS: Sync your fitness apps and connect your heart rate band.
Enjoy the best experience in our newly refurbished gym by using the app to connect with the equipment by Bluetooth or QR Code. The equipment will automatically display with your programme and your results will be automatically tracked to your peronalised account.
Log MOVEs manually or sync with other apps such as Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag and Nokia.
