A great reading app

Update! I’ve been using this App a few months now and it’s absolutely brilliant. There’s lots more books available and I’ve even been able to add an unpublished book that my friend has written and asked me to read. It’s a whopping 800+ pages so using Serial Reader is making it a much more manageable process. New books are being added all the time and you can request specific titles if they’re not already available. I’m hoping my request for the entire 7 volumes of Proust is added soon.
I’ve only been using this a week but so far it’s keeping me on track with reading Proust. My only criticism is that it’s not clear how to navigate the app but that could be me! I wanted the option to read ahead of the set schedule so paid the very modest one off fee of £2.99 to upgrade. There’s a limited choice of books at the moment but there are plans to add more.

Fantastic App

I really appreciate this app. There are a wide selection of classics available to read and I often have to stop myself from trying to read more than one serialisation at once! Premium allows you to make a TBR list among other things (read ahead, pause delivery, highlights and annotations, font customisation etc.)

You can set you delivery time for the new issues and set different delivery times for different stories too. The size of each section is well judged too, I can find 7-15 mins each day to read which has got me out of many a reading slump.

Great concept, brilliant execution

Absolutely brilliant! I’ve always wanted to read more classic books and the delivery of a small chunk a day makes this very easy. I highly recommend upgrading to premium; the ability to pause and rewind a book is very useful if you find yourself slipping behind.

A well made app with a fantastic concept, I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to expand their knowledge of classic literature.
