We have introduced a requirement for applicants for a London private hire vehicle (PHV) driver's license to demonstrate an understanding of safety, equality and regulatory matters. The requirement came into force on 1 October 2021 and it applies to both new applicants and those applying to renew their license.

AAP doesn’t work properly
I have downloaded the app paid, and start using the test, unfortunately I couldn’t finish even single mock test as it freezes every time I use the mock test.
It very frustrating.

Very good app for PCO drivers learning
I personally use this app last two months and get good experience for SERU learning my test is end of this month, hope fully will pass with this app.
App improvement.
Hello,
I have been using this app for about 10 days. And it’s not accurate at all. I would do a test get about 10 wrong and then it would tell me I got 36/37. Which is very very misleading. Hence giving me inaccurate feedback. I would like a refund.

This app counted total green tick in your test, It means there are two correct answers, and if you choose one correct and one wrong, it will also counted as well.
