Wish it would get the location correct !
We bought the expensive version of the watch ,so my Grandaughter can talk to family members etc
It took a while to set up ,I ended up going on Google but once up and running it was great .
I topped it up with £10,which we will have to do every month if we want to see her location and she wants to ‘phone us.
The adverts are getting on my nerves and I’m not paying another subscription to get rid of them (the £10 a month for calls etc is bad enough).
My only real gripe is that when I check on my Grandaughters location ,it’s only twice given me the correct address .This needs to be sorted as like me ,I presume parents will buy this watch so they know where their child is when playing out .
Better the exact location and notifications should be heard at all times
Alike other family members, we got our child the expensive version, which is ok and our daughter loves but I’ve never been able (she will use it today again) to get an exact location nor do the message notifications are heard.
We will also have to reload at least 10(€or£) o be able to have her online all month and same as other users, too many ads and with the amount we pay in reloads, we shouldn’t have a monthly subscription to get rid of them 👍🏻
Overall happy and a good purchase but could be bettered and then, rating would go up 🤗
Great for the price
The watch is unbelievably cheap considering what it’s capable of doing and I found it works as advertised and has survived a few weeks of my daughter playing with it. This app was used to initially setup and interact with the watch - messaging, etc and again it does that well.
However the adverts are fairly horrible and there is a way to remove them by paying (again for something we’ve already purchased?) and even then it uses a subscription model so you can only pay to make the adverts go away until you stop paying.
Disappointing that - but then I can’t grumble too much for a £30 watch that has 2g GSM interaction.
