Shadow Quest is new Nostalgic 1980's style Old School RPG - Choose your Avatar and explore the Lands! Visit the many Castles and speak to their Rulers who'll give you Quests to go on. Free the Lands of the Evil that threatens them. Equip your Avatar with the best Weapons and Armor you can afford. Explore Caves for hidden Treasures and magical Items, encounter the NPCs, some will help you and others will need to taste your Blade. Fight Monsters and Evil along the way with your Avatar in single 1 to 1 Combat. Gain Allies to add to your Army and fight with them at your side in Multi Enemy Battles. Enjoy a variety of Minigames along the journey and ensure your own Kingdom stays safe! Gain Buildings to produce Resources and Upgrade them as you progress. Follow the trail of Evil Leaders until you vanquish all the Evil in the Lands.

A truly nostalgic experience!!
I’ve always been looking for a easy to use, addictive game that you can quickly open up explore a dungeon or battle a horde of goblins and this is just that. It takes me back to my D&D days when it’s just you and that dodgy blunt dagger against the world. The combat is great also pushing you to work for that next set of armour and better weapons with the quests feeling rewarding; I will say I did run out of energy a few times but it is nice to see with potions you’re able to get it back rather than some micro transactions like other games. Overall 5/5 would recommend to anyone who loves the fantasy genre :)

A golden nugget
If your like me and spend too much time trawling through the App Store downloading rpgs and deleting them within a day then I am sure this one is for you. It’s nostalgia at its heart and the work and journey the developer has gone through to bring this gem to you is most definitely worth the download. Press the developers website below and read the bio and you’ll understand what I mean.
Would like a discord link so players can freely chat with each other., that’d be nice.
It’s one game that’s going to be on my device for a long time to come 😊

A real indie gem
I am enjoying exploring the maps and playing the little mini games that start from the second map. The story is predictable but entertaining and I enjoy the strategy element of trying not to run out of energy when exploring, I have to pick my routes carefully! I got stuck once and had to wait for the game to regen the energy which is something I try avoid now by planning my routes to collect resources and visit places as part of my quest journeys! Overall a decent fun game that reminds me of the good old days of gaming.
