Few major Problems with the app

The app is currently not working for me, whenever i watch something it goes blank and I wouldn’t be able to see anything, i tried fixing this through reading the reviews of other people facing the same problem. I did this by reinstalling the app again but it wouldn't let me sign in. I have already payed for the month and i have around 16 days till my subscription ends. Can u kindly fix this problem please, thank you.

Worst customer care ever

I have bought an annual plan for £79, but it was not activated on my account for some reason. I looked for help on the app and I found the address WhatsApp number which says they are available 24 hours so I got in touch with them, and then I got an automated response, thanking me and closing the case. I tried the email option. I explained the situation and I got the first reply which was very polite and nice promising that you were resolve the issue. However, after that there was a correspondence of about 20 emails and in each one of them, a different person is dealing with the case and in multiple emails asking me to send them the same information as before. They kept going in circles all day long. And at the end of the day after long hours of frustration they asked me to contact Apple and ask for a refund, although I presented them with the proof of purchase and the invoice with the order number and all what I was asking for from their side is to activate it on the account.I believe this is the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. As one star is the minimum available that’s what I’m giving them otherwise it is zero.

Scam of an App

I have logged in with my email same one as the Apple account email, naturally paid for the subscription to access the vast library of the app.

Problem one the payment got taken and then i got an error saying that there is another email thats connected to my shahid account. An email address thats not mine at all!!

Problem two i tried to explain it to the app developer they said and I quote “Please provide us with an email not associated with Shahid and that my money paid for a subscription for another email for someone else to enjoy” which is making me furious why would have another email that is not used by shahid when i already have a stupid account.
