Fix bug please

Used this app happily and successfully for years. Last few weeks attempted to pay by card. Spinning icon appears when asked to verify app through online banking but even when authorised app still spins so can’t click verified. Worked instantly online through web. Nothing to do with card as tried different ones. Please fix soon as use it weekly.

Never received food!!!

Placed a order on the app last night, waited and waited for it not to arrive!! Very disappointing as the order was accepted and money took out bank... this has happened to me before and I didn’t even receive the money back.. won’t order from here again
