Shapego - Word Cloud Creator 4+

Great App but does anyone know how to change the size of the pre-installed Shapes, doesn’t seem to be any literature on it, or I’ve missed it! I know you can change anything imported, but what about Pre-installed. When printed out the image is huge on a A4 print. Would love the image to sit neatly in the middle?? Help from developers

thank you for your valuable feedback. This is planned for the next release: you'll be able to adjust the word cloud margin with a slider in the Export view.

I paid to upgrade to the Commercial version and wish I had not bothered. One of the features I really need is to be able to import my own shapes (e.g. because a portrait rectangle is not included in the palette and I really need one!). But no matter how I try to do this, the app crashes. I have tried pasting from clipboard, having created shapes in various apps - it crashes unless you invert the colour, and even then a portrait rectangle posts as a square. I have tried creating from photo - again, the app just crashes. I emailed the help email address two days ago and have had no reply. There are great features here, but this is an unacceptable level of bugginess and it makes the app unfit for my purpose. Would love to have been able to give a much better rating!

Such a good idea and app in theory! However you can’t resize your shapes meaning adding pivot words isn’t always possible and borders are sometimes none existent which is frustrating when framing. Also any shapes that are letters are often misshapen when you come to print. If your using basic images and happy to do so it’s pretty decent.

I have asked for these fixes and despite promises it doesn’t appear to have happened. Disappointing when I’ve paid for the full package
