Getting better and better.
It is still not the best mobile shopping experience out there but I remember the earlier versions of this app and I have to say each update brings a little improvement to the app. They still have a long way to go, but it's certainly useful enough the way it is now.
Be careful!
Purchased a “recommend accessory product”through their online site after initially purchasing a GoPro 11. The accessory product which was a multi battery charger was for an older model and not compatible. They insisted only on their exchange and refund policy and did not take responsibility for recommending and selling an unsuitable product for my primary purchase. Be very careful when buying accessory for a product.
Worst delivery ever! Don’t order from this app!
I ordered 4 days ago and still no product not delivered! No one is picking up the land line. No body is answering the chatting service.
I went directly to the store in city center, they told me that I can’t pick up the item, and I have to wait for it to be delivered! Customer service told me that they will call me back by next day, still no call received.
This is not acceptable!
