I've been a fan of Shoeboxed for a few years. I've decided to keep a much closer eye on my company car fuel costs in 2018. I like the DIY account option it's perfect as I'm only using it for one set of receipts. The app is very simple and straightforward to use and I can scan the receipt for fuel as soon as I fill up. I might start using it for business cards as well. The fact you get access to the website is also a handy option. I love Shoeboxed it's brilliant!
Receipts not showing in app

The app works in that receipts go to the cloud, however I have to log into the web interface to view them or manually process them. They used to available for manual editing/ viewing in the app. But this option is not working in the latest update. The only thing the receipts screen shows is “start by taking a picture”. This needs to be fixed.

This app is quick to upload and process receipts, but I didn't find out until I'd got it all set up that the free version only allows you to process 5 receipts per month. Who has that few receipts in a month?! And £4.99 a month to upgrade to the next level (25 receipts max, I believe) is way too much. So I think this app would be great if the costs were more reasonable.
