A VERY GOOD APP…!!!

Shopify Inbox stands out as one of the best apps for my website! Placing its icon on the right side instantly enhances my site's appearance, giving it a sleek and clean look which I like. The customization options are fantastic, allowing me to organize things just the way I want in terms of icon but also in terms of messages, quick replies and customised customer chat. This not only makes me happy but also assures me that it'll elevate my customer service to excellence. With this tool, I'm confident that the service I provide will bring joy to my customers!

Great tool to help get sales over the line

This has been great as we move into our busy period. As customers shop they reach out for that extra bit of information or clarification, which you can give quickly and easily to help get the sale over the line. Definitely recommend.

It could do with some new features like tagging chats and folders etc but it’s brand new so it still get 5 stars for now.

Notification Settings need improving..

Firstly, there needs to be active working hours. Or you’ll be getting notifications day and night. Secondly, every single person with a user account gets emailed every time someone starts a chat. I’ve not found any way to stop this from happening… Other than that, adding a live chat feature to the store has helped more customers and also increased our sales!
Thirdly, when speaking with customers and creating an order, there really needs to be an option to send a draft order invoice link or pdf attachment.
