Professional Virtual Moving Survey with Crown
One of the many changed experiences that the Covid-19 pandemic has produced is the rapid growth in teleconferencing and virtual meetings
I have just added to my work experience of these virtual contacts by having a virtual moving survey conducted by Crown Relocations.
I have had 2 previous moves conducted by Crown which went very well, but the virtual survey was a new thing and was another unknown to deal with
I wasn’t certain how it would work but everything went very well with an easy coverage via IPhone of all the intended moving content and intelligent and courteous questions filling in the unknowns
I am pleased at how well things went and how companies have changed to deal with the current challenges; well done Crown
Moving into storage
An excellent use of technology! Very easy to follow even for an oldie like me. Gerrard talked me through the entire process very clearly. I was a bit nervous before hand but it really was so simple. The whole thing took 40mins altogether and was a very efficient use of time for both parties. Gerrard answered all my questions about the packing and removal process. I would certainly recommend this way of estimating cost of a removal.
Moving made EASY
Corrine was very pleasant to talk too. Nothing was too difficult, all our questions were answered succinctly so no time was wasted.
All in all what could have been a bit if a nightmare turned out to be a dream.
Would definitely recommend having a virtual survey done especially during these COVID times.
