Sightseeing Experience is an App for do-it-yourself tourists, an EASY and PRACTICAL way to orient yourself, move around, visit and discover the city.
Sightseeing Experience APP is a map to move from one place to another, a shop where you can buy tickets and day trips to the main Italian attractions, but it is also a guide to get to know the city.
In all the cities included in Sightseeing Experience, you will find the famous City Sightseeing red open-top buses with which you can visit the city seated comfortably and you will find a recorded guide on the bus that will tell you about the history, the culture and the city’s traditions.

Select your language preference among the 5 different languages available (Italian, English, French, Spanish, German), select the city and …
ORIENT YOURSELF with a city map also viewed offline where you will find the main tourist places, but also all the routes and stops of the open-top City Sightseeing buses.
MOVE with the help of an interactive map of the city where you will see all the routes and stops of the red open-top City Sightseeing buses, the actual spot where you can find the buses and YOUR position. It will be so easy to find and reach the nearest bus stop and estimate the time of arrival of the next bus. The map also highlights the main places of interest near the stops and departure points for day trips out of town.
VISIT by purchasing through our e-commerce the tickets for the Hop On Hop Off City Sightseeing service, SKIP THE LINE tickets to the main attractions and places of interest, day trips out of town, shuttle bus and tickets to the main Italian amusement parks, an audio guide that can be downloaded on your smartphone and so much more.

Real time bus position not working
This is the main feature of the app and selecting it just gives a blank white screen. App is totally useless. Theirs a mail icon at top of screen which I was going to use to notify developers but this doesn't work either
Unresponsive
Sorry but finding this app difficult to use, I have to press the screen several times to get it to work, once I get to the map, it takes a while to load. I am testing out this app here in the UK before I travel to Florence in May. I hope it runs a lot smoother very soon
Doesn’t work!
Can’t buy tickets as it won’t take me to PayPal or Apple Pay. Just get the whirring circle of boredom. Very slow to load pages and keeps going back a step. Not sure I trust it to take a payment really….
