Expensive

This app is what u was looking for. Something simple to use and would take customer details. I decided to take he leap and purchase because I needed more than 5 questions.
I am disappointed £15 is very steep for not getting much more. I would have only paid £5 for this if I had known 😕

Help

I need contact info, website pointless, no contact detail feature on app, I'm not paying £15 when I'm not even sure the app does what I want to do

Doesn't work

Looks good, simple to use....doesn't work in the most important aspect!! You can export to cvs even though it says you can and for £14.99 I expect it to work!! Keeps giving an error message when you try to export!! Also there's no way to contact the developer to get a refund! Please either fix or refund my money.
