I give it ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because it’s an amazing app but 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 on 💲💲💲💲💲

I do not need to have things signed often but it would be nice that when I do, I could have the option to let you do so without paying such a huge amount.

I would pay 💰 a one time charge but the prices that you’re wanting me to pay and also the monthly charges are so steep and not a good way to promote such an amazing app

Amazing app that’s expensive and I won’t pay that amount .
If you go lower on prices As a one time offer with updates and not “renting “ this app ... I would reconsider....

Glitchy and tricky with formats

The first couple of times I used sign easy were fine and I got familiar with it easily. Then it started to say that my files couldn’t be supported in these formats ....which were pdf or pages or obvious ones!! So frustrating as the whole point is for ease on the move! The support team were quick and wanted to help when they got back to me but wanted me to send over my documents to help me ( which I would never do as they were monetary contracts) even after I wrote what flashed up on my screen ...very simple “ file format not supported” or something similar. Then I received many emails to help fix but really it should have been very simple without sending lots of information over. Now fed up and am getting rid of it rather than buying new credits.

As a workaround, you can import the document by forwarding the document to from your registered email address. We can certainly get to a permenent solution as well. Stuck with subscribers

It seems unless you and your customer have this app then it’s only useful on a desktop, which means it’s only partially useful, when I tried opening the document to sign from a different account you get the message ‘we’re working on non-subscribers access to the app’ I sent a test document to another email and it seems ok to create a document but for me it’s missing the obvious part which means that this app is limited to subscribers who want to pay for the app to be able to sign your document- this puts a barrier another between you and the client which doesn’t work - I’ll keep searching.
