I have tried a few different popular meditation apps, and all of them do not last that long, because you have to pay for premium to do more sessions; I found drifting between freebies on different apps extremely irritating! When I started on this app, I received a limited free premium offer for sharing with a friend, which is really helpful and amazing! The people who guide you give great tips, the sessions are the best I have ever done (and excellent!!) and I love how there is a lot of different sessions to choose from, that I believe are all as good as how I describe the ones I do! Also, the extra things to do on this app are good, such as how you can challenge yourself against people in challenges and make your own accessible playlist. Great app, I would definitely recommend! If you are going to get it and you are a beginner, the beginner class is good to introduce you to meditation. Meditation is essential for getting an extra-healthy mind; this app provides the best meditation I have found!

The best meditation app I found so far

I am really happy with the quality of the content and the interface. Besides featuring a great selection of guided meditation courses, I love that the app is easy to use, to the point and beautifully designed. I like that it doesn’t take me more than a minute or two to find a new meditation course to start, and tuning into ones that I have already begun takes mere seconds. It’s so important when my schedule is already busy and I have little patience for searching! Also, the amount of free content is amazing and I am so satisfied with what I got for free that I am seriously considering the paid membership.
Finally, I’d like to mention that I love the way this app keeps me motivated to come back to meditation daily - the little reminder aside, it also keeps track of my daily record and recommends new courses for me. Overall, this app is wonderful!

Best medication app ever

I used this app for several days and I absolutely love it. The way that it structures meditation based on different needs and contexts (eg. Sleep, walking, stress) is very useful and effective. The richness of content also encourages me to explore and do more meditation. The short sessions also means I can’t find myself excuses to not to mediate; and it keeps me engaged and interested. The on the go quick pick feature is an surprising and excellent discovery for me. I can tell the team really understand their users’ needs. I tried several apps before, including headspace which I installed and uninstalled twice as I just can’t get myself to like it due to the instructors voice. Now I’m so happy that I finally find one that works for me. Definitely would recommend it to everyone. Thanks for the great work.
