This is a simple and effective lead capture app.
There are no subscriptions and no registrations needed. You can control all the settings directly in the app.
Capture an unlimited number of leads
View the leads inside the app or export them by copy and paste or by exporting them to your email address in a CSV file ready to be opened either in a spreadsheet, database or simple text file
Personalise the lead form with your logo, password protect the settings menu and choose up to 8 custom fields for leads to fill in

Just used the app for the first time to test it as I am doing a wedding fair this Saturday. I want to edit the settings, but the password I have used says its incorrect, and I am locked out, how can I get into the settings, help?
Lost all my leads
Downloaded this app for a work event on the road, it worked really well throughout the day but when I tried to open it in the evening to retrieve all the information the app becomes non respondent. It has now frozen between the customer information form and settings page and no matter how many times I restart the app this page always appears which I can’t change. I’ve now lost all the leads I had from my event and a lot of potentially new business, really disappointed.

Sorry to hear about this, there was a bug that I fixed. Had you contacted me I could have solved the issue for you and recovered your leads. The bug has now been identified and fixed.
Works great
Like the other review last year I lost leads but contacted the developer who got them back for me the same day.
Since then an update has fixed the bug and now it works perfectly
