Our app in a nutshell...
Call, book and attend telephone and video consultations with doctors through channels provided within the app, and manage your NHS repeat prescriptions.
The support, advice, and guidance are available to you, and if named on the policy, your family as well.

Book appointments with a registered GP, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A video GP can:
• Diagnose symptoms and recommend treatments.
• Prescribe medication or refer you to a specialist.
• Offer advice and provide their expert opinion.

Access and manage your repeat prescriptions through in-app guidance. Yep, you can order and pay for (if applicable) your medication and have it delivered to your home. No more trips to the pharmacy!

Amazing in busy lifestyle.
First time I’ve used the app today and wow! I work a lot of hours on top of family life and it’s hard to find time to see my GP, that’s even if they can find me appointment within the month. One click on the APP, appointment made for the next day. I attended whilst at work and was very easy to use. With having the option of which GP I wanted to speak to, great.

Simply Wonderful
Every experience I’ve had with SH has been excellent. I keep recommending them. No hard sell at all. They are an important part of my keeping well and healthy as I go into my ‘ troisieme age’. And the big bonus is everyone is so nice! Five stars from me.

Used to be good
The first time I used the app it was brilliant. You could see a GP by applying online and quickly filling out questions. Now you have to wait forever to speak to someone on the phone and get all your details before they can even give you an appointment. It was much better before and more convenient. It’s frustrating to not just have a list of appointments to choose from when you really need a doctor. I have to rely on this because my GP is terrible. Hate the new updated service.

We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with the service, we would like to reassure you that at the time you booked the appointment, we were experiencing some technical difficulties and members were being directed to a telephone only service. We are pleased to confirm that this has now been rectified and that we have an updated booking system that can be accessed via the app, which we are confident provides a smoother booking journey.
