Fun, interesting, quick meals for busy people

Easy to follow recipes. Ingredients to get aren’t outrageous or hard to source items. Allows you on registering to select quite a number of recipes as options, but once done it’s seems to be final. It would be better, if you could add other recipes, or ones you preferred. I initially wasn’t going to do more than one ride, and leave it till I could budget for it, but after the Vietnamese Pork, I changed my mind. The things I would say as negatives, is that (1) it sent a recipe for a vegetarian option I didn’t select. It then added it as I had cooked, which I didn’t request, and now I can’t deleted it. So looks like I cooked it. (2) You can’t go back to add recipes you prefer, as the list disappears after registration. (3) This app doesn’t seem to allow you to re-select recipes you did cook and like. So from my point of view limiting. (4) App is not user friendly, simplistic, and little to no tips available for navigation. If the above happened I could then give 5 stars. Thanks

I’ve made many varied meals now with Simply Cook and every single one has a wow factor! I have always hated cooking and leave it to my husband most of the time but now I can’t wait to cook the next one! My favourite; Thai Green Curry It’s a win for me money wise too, because when you break it down, the pots cost £2.50 per meal for 2-4 people and most of the dishes seem to only require the meat/chicken/fish and either rice, pasta or noodles with veg of your choice. You’d have to buy those anyway to make your meals but then packet mixes, jars of sauce or herbs and spices etc to get depth of flavour! So instead of slaving over oven cooking, different pots and pans, now it’s almost always just one pan, quick and easy cooking and all with a guarantee of beautiful moorish flavours! Even got the kids trying different meals! And now less storage for all those half used jars and packets. For the sake of 63p per meal….. I’m in!

I’ve never been great at cooking but Simply Cook makes me feel like a top chef with the meals I’ve concocted!So simple and easy to cook each meal and I am usually useless at following instructions. The meals are so tasty and if I’d paid £20+ in a restaurant for the same meals I’m cooking it would have been money well spent. The subscription cost is very low and the payments are flexible. I have tried other cooking companies but this is by far the most value for money. Also so much more convenient as the slim boxes just fit through your letterbox containing the delicious spices, sauces and stocks etc. All you have to do is go to the shop as usual and get the main things to complete the meals. Well done simply cook you are simply awesome!

I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the actual site itself which I find a bit frustrating.It would be nice to be able to save your favourite recipes, and be able to click on them to reorder instead of having to scroll through all the recipes again. There is a your recipe box...it puts in recipes you’ve had, underneath it said cooked which I pressed because I had and it deleted them so what’s the point in that?? Could give you an option to save or delete if you don’t want to cook a particular one again. Then if you forget to pick your boxes you know it’s not going to be delivered again. When I first signed up I came across a list of the recipes you could say you liked or not, but not found that since. And I can’t seem to browse through recipes until my next box is due. The site could be better.

New update fresh out of the oven. We sprinkled in bug fixes and performance improvements because even apps get a little crumby. Keep your app up to date for the tastiest experience—no reheating required.
