Not simple to navigate through
I have been using the app for a week or so now and finding it very frustrating in doing even the simple stuff. Whether it’s finding the new recipes or changing your preferences, it seems you have to go through to the contact questions to try and get to where you want. The dishes that you are due to be sent pop up as soon as you open the app but when you click on ‘cooked’ you can only rate the dish with stars. Why can’t you be given the option to store it in favourites if you liked it or bin it so you don’t want it again? Changing your preferences is a nightmare as again you have to trawl through the contact questions as it doesn’t list the option on the drop down menu and then when you do eventually find where you need to be, it sends you back to the home page where there is nothing listed for you to edit your original food preferences.....

Hi there, thanks for the review. Great idea to have more options after you have rated the dish, I'll definitely forward that onto the team. Changing your preferences isn't currently available on the app which is why this might seem hard, you can do this online on your account though. Also if you are on the family boxes then you will not have the preference page as we are still trialling the product and seeing what works. We'd love some more feedback if this is the case. Just updated my app now it doesn’t work, keep getting error come up, so won’t be able to choose my next box, I’m sure it will get fixed, hopefully sooner rather then later, new update and problem is now fixed, thank you.
Ok it’s a few weeks later and I’m struggling with this app now, I have ordered 3 boxes so far, and when I look at ordering my Forth box, my options are very limited, if I log out on the website there are loads of recipes I’d love to try, but as soon as I log in, I only have limited recipes to chose from, I am allergic to prawns so that narrows it down even more, your recipes are great and we’ve enjoyed every meal so far, but if I can’t order the recipes of my choice then I sadly won’t order again, please can you make it so all recipes are available to order , thank you .
Here I am again a few months later, again, and after being told there will be a update to sort out the availability, I waited another month or so but nothing has changed, so I ordered a repeat of some recipes I’ve tried and really liked, but this month I wanted to try something new, and only had 2 recipes to choose from, so I’m left with no alternative but to cancel my subscription, such a same as we’ve really enjoyed the recipes, but the whole point was to try some new and exciting recipes, not to reorder the same boxes each month.

Add more features.
This is actually my first review, so I wanted to share my experience. After seeing your ads on Facebook, I decided to try it my self. I have ordered the first box on 2nd and I’m still waiting for it, but everything got me so excited so I ordered the 2nd box, but I realised that when I ordered the first time I seen only few recipes (which I totally understand it’s a part of advertising), but when I was ordering the 2nd one, it was full of lovely recipes. The only thing I didn’t like is that your app doesn’t have any options such as only chicken dishes, vegetarian, kids subtable etc. It would be nice if you’d add those features, because it would be so much easier of choosing the dish, rather than scrolling all the way down. Also one thing.. add the “favourite” button. I have seen so many recipes that I loved, but there’s no option to keep them somewhere where I can just go and re-order or something. Overall nice and easy app.

We are currently working on more filters and categories for the app! Keep an eye out! We've got an increasing amount of recipes so understand it can be a little tricky navigating them all! In the meantime you can favourite dishes on your preferences page but this needs to be on a browser on a desktop computer.
