Ratings and Reviews
By far the worst app I’ve ever had.
Why on earth schools continue to use this is beyond me. What a load if rubbish it’s been from day one, that’s a year ago. It constantly logs me off, tells me my login info is wrong but then sometimes let’s me login even after telling me so. Sometimes it freezes and doesn’t load anything, sometimes I need to delete the application all together in order to log in. All of this has happened multiple times. I’d give it a 0 star if I could.
The most recent is that it (again) logged me off but when I tried to log back in (twice) it told me I’d tried 10 times so I couldn’t try again. The “forgotten your password “ link tells me my email isn’t recognised even though the school have confirmed it’s right. My child’s come home today and has said the whole schools had issues so I hope this is the wake up call the school needs to get something better in place. Anything would be better, I’m sure.
Couldn’t login so tried to reset my password. I answered the security questions and it failed every time. The school sent me another invite but I was unable to use my email address as it said I was already logged in. Used a different email address and managed to log in using Safari. Tried the app and it asked me if I had an invite which I clicked yes. Something flashed up on the screen and it went back to the same question multiple times until I gave up. My wife had the same issue on her iPhone and after 5 attempts it worked for her. Tried deleting the app and re-installing but it is so glitchy and a poorly developed app that I binned it and will stick to the website for access. If I could rate this as zero stars I would.
Probably the worse app I have used
I was able to use it for a month then logged out. Could not for the life of me get back in. Emailed the school who deleted my account so I could re-register. Still not able to log in. Logging in is confusing anyway. Why not just have an email and password rather than all the option of logging in with Facebook, Microsoft, etc. Even though the school had referred my issue to the support team nothing had been done! Frustrated is an understatement. More worrying, for a laugh I pushed ‘forgot password’ and was advised I would receive a text to the mobile number ending in ‘31’. My number does’nt end in ‘31’!!! In any case my account was deleted so shouldn’t be any numbers on there!!! Horrendous App! Surely in this day and age they can sort it!!!
