Probably the worse app I have used
I was able to use it for a month then logged out. Could not for the life of me get back in. Emailed the school who deleted my account so I could re-register. Still not able to log in. Logging in is confusing anyway. Why not just have an email and password rather than all the option of logging in with Facebook, Microsoft, etc. Even though the school had referred my issue to the support team nothing had been done! Frustrated is an understatement. More worrying, for a laugh I pushed ‘forgot password’ and was advised I would receive a text to the mobile number ending in ‘31’. My number does’nt end in ‘31’!!! In any case my account was deleted so shouldn’t be any numbers on there!!! Horrendous App! Surely in this day and age they can sort it!!!
Very frustrating app
Same issue as with other users: app worked for a month, then kept logging me out and finally logged me out completely with error saying my user ID is non-existent. Now school has to re-register me. Also logging in/registration is unnecessarily complex. I mean, why have so many different log in email options that are limiting, because not all emails are either outlook, Apple etc. As someone else here pointed out, why not just have two fields: email ID and password. This is very frustrating, especially when you wish to monitor your child’s progress, see timetables etc. To the app developers: it’s a common issue - I had other parents mention they were constantly being logged out. Please sort it out.
When the app works, it’s great. I was able to use it for about a month. I was then logged out, and no matter what I did, could not log back in. The school had to send a new link as if I was new to app. Since then, although able to log onto website, the app refuses to log me in, constantly showing that the session has expired - yet will not allow me to log back in - goes round in circles telling me the session expired!! Whole point of app is to avoid using website. I can’t recommend the school enough for providing as much help as they can. But the app? Truly awful service. It’s supposed to work for the majority, not the minority! If I could give it zero stars I would.
