Bad customer service/ poor AI
Paid up for a week to try it out- app asked for me to speak for a sample recording. The sample was terrible. I tried to record again with singing sample- by their advice (the advice seemed to appear the second time of trying). After singing, I reached another payment expectation to generate the AI. I reached out to the support team. They took ages to reply to me. They gave me a lot of hogwash about how expensive AI generation is and that they need more money to repeat the generation. This was NOT explained in the beginning. They seemed to just say some rubbish like- ‘we really appreciate you as a customer…thank you for your feedback- we’ll take this into consideration’. But fail to answer my questions directly- I was like to talking to a brick wall. I dare say they’ll reply to this with the same rhetoric. A total scam- do not waste your money on this as I did! Not worth it- poor technology, even worse customer service.
Awful
There’s no option to experience what the app can do without paying.
The fact that after recording your voice, you can’t proceed until you’ve given it a picture and a name is pointless design that doesn’t add anything to the already lacklustre experience.
Make your app good, show me what it can do and then charge for it on the App Store instead of making me download it and the forcing microtransactions on me.
