We are restricting Toolbox Talks editing to site managers and the creators of Toolbox Talks.

Browse and view assets for the selected site, with photo, files, vendor, contractors, users, hazards, and your tasks. Scan an asset QR code to open it directly. Attach assets when reporting Incidents and Safety Observations, or when creating TA/JSA/SWMS/RAMS documents. Report a safety observation or incident straight from an asset (auto-linked). Create and complete tasks against an asset. Site managers can edit asset details and photo on the go.

The Workflow/Method Statement and Approvals & Acknowledgement sections are now hidden while creating a new TA/JSA/SWMS/RAMS on mobile and appear only when editing. A Create button was added to the top of the page, and after creating a TA/JSA/SWMS/RAMS (manually or from a template) you now land directly on the edit page. General bug fixes and security updates.

- TA/JSA/SWMS/RAMS records now preserve line breaks when viewing, so workflow step text displays as intended. - Updated TA/JSA/SWMS terminology for the UK to more closely reflect RAMS terminology. - We added the ability to create TA/JSA/SWMS/RAMS directly from the app. - Hazard risk assessment now uses a standardised, ISO-aligned 5x5 risk matrix. Likelihood and severity are each rated 1 to 5 (Rare to Almost Certain, Insignificant to Catastrophic), multiplying to a 1 to 25 risk score that maps to four colour-coded bands: Low (1 to 4), Moderate (5 to 9), High (10 to 16), and Extreme (17 to 25). These calculated scores and bands are stored and displayed consistently across the app. - You can now link Hazardous Substances (COSHH) to TA/JSA/SWMS/RAMS documents, with inline data (classification, PPE, SDS) shown. - The mobile TA/JSA/SWMS/RAMS view and edit screens have been redesigned to cut scrolling and surface key content first. Sections now collapse by default with Workflow expanded, per-step hazard counts (including significant flags), a pending-action indicator that jumps to the Approvals & Acknowledgement section, consolidated signatory rows, bulleted PPE/Work Permits/Tools lists with their "Other" entries shown separately, and a new Details section for low-priority metadata.

We added “Mobile Plant” to the list of incident types and removed redundant types. When reporting a new incident for a site, you can now also associate hazards with the incident. We refactored the storage mechanism to use persistent storage for authorization tokens. We fixed an issue where the barcode scanner remained active when the native back button was tapped.
