Description
Skamper allows you to search for running routes by distance, course type, and various key characteristics. When you have selected a route Skamper shows the way to the start and then guides you around, giving clear directions and notifications at key checkpoints, recording your progress as you go. You can then review your performance over time and compare with other runners and see realistic target times for all courses. Skamper works alongside all fitness and activity monitoring apps.

Great route planning & feel good value
It suggests lots of great routes in the local area or if you’re going somewhere new. It’s also really fun to be able to compete with friends & family through the grading system - not matter their age or gender! I also find the notifications for when your friend starts & finishes a run very reassuring - especially in the dark winter months!
Great App for any runner!
Recently downloaded Skamper to help me find some new routes to run on my local area. I was getting quite bored of just running the same routes and I was really surprised to find loads of great new routes local to me that I hadn’t tried before. I also love the age grading aspect, it’s great as I can compete fairly with other family members despite our significant age gaps!
Great alternative to Strava.
Downloaded the app a while back and there were limited routes. However, recently that’s all changed. There are so many routes local to me now. Really enjoying trying them out - even if I’m not top of the leaderboard! Easy to use app. Great alternative to Strava too. Deffo recommend. Excited to see how it develops over time. Great app.
