Enjoyable to use, lots of room to improve it too
Really enjoying using this for my day to day sketches. I tend to doodle quite a bit, recently started using wacom on the mac, having been an ipad user for a long time.
This app is has most of the same brilliant features as the ipad version, the sketching is fluid and responsive, the texture fill is fabulous.
I'd really like to be able to rotate my canvas, using the track pad. The screen does flicker sometimes, but this might be a resolution thing. I do hope they keep updating it on the mac.
Good but...
Great app but the desktop version is missing some important features that are included with the phone app, such as drawing along defined lines and shapes.

Sketches Mac does not have exactly the same features set as Sketches App on iOS.
But eventually some features will be a bit late to the Mac…Yet some won’t make the cut.
Multiple shapes for example will not be ported to the Mac as it is not a widely used feature on the iPad. We’re a very small team and we try to focus on features that our users really need and use. Best regards, Tayasui Dev Team
Don’t buy
I have been using the free version and expected that if I upgraded to Pro I would get the same Ruler functions as I get on my iPad. But this not so. I am struggling to find what advantages I get by paying for what appears to be the same functionality as I get on the free version.
Very disappointed.
