The sign on framework doesn’t work across the pages - when navigating within the app I’m asked to re-authenticate multiple times.

Latest update - asking to accept the terms and conditions has broken the app and authentication doesn’t work. So cannot log on deleting the app lets re start the journey

Hi, thanks for your feedback and apologies for the inconvenience.

There was an issue for some members logging in after the last app update. This should now be resolved, but you would need to 'force' close the app and re-open it again or delete it and re-install from the App Store. This should then allow you to proceed.

Regarding being asked to login multiple times, this can happen in the Resorts section of the app as you are browsing the Ski Club website at that point, however resort information will be directly integrated inside the app soon so one login should suffice.

Useful time saver

Used the app when asking in Italy on a short break. Probably the most useful feature was the ability to go directly to the slopes without the hassle of purchasing a ski pass. For that alone I give it full marks.

Not used the ski hire section but will do on my next trip.

What’s the point? Waste of time and money!

What exactly is the point of this app? Spent time logging in and setting up but it’s clunky and has practically zero functionality. It also interfaces badly with the ski club website. For example, you can’t view resorts on the app - it takes you to the website where you “favourite” a resort but it then doesn’t transfer this back to the Your Resorts section of the app. Also seems to want credit card details. No thanks!

Hi Gordon, thank you for trying the app and taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry you had a bad experience. Member offers will be directly integrated into the app soon (so you won't have to login again). Plus, we'll be adding resort information directly in the app too. The app will ask for payment details if you are registering a lift pass in the app. This is only because some resorts operate a 'pay as you ski' service with the new lift passes, so we have to have a payment method on file in that case. We agree that this part could be clearer though, so we'll be improving how we present that feature in our update to the app. We appreciate the feedback though and, if you try the app again in future, we hope you find the next version of the app is a much more positive experience.
