• Event sold out? Join the waiting list within the app. Be the first in line if more tickets drop.
• Instant notifications. Gone are the days of missing out because you didn't see the email in time. We'll send you a push notification the moment tickets are available for you.
• Checkout in a flash. Now, securing your tickets from the waiting list is as simple as a few taps. Complete your purchase entirely within the app, no web browser necessary.
Plus, we've squashed some bugs and made performance improvements to make your app experience smoother and more stable.

Great way to find and go to an event
Quick easy and clear. Also it’s a great way to find out what’s going on around the UK. Absolutely love it. Quick Scan tickets is fab too don’t have to wait for paper tickets just easy access on the app with no fuss and all this for a small fee. I Always recommend this. Keep it simple don’t change a thing! Peace!
Annoying App
To gain access to your tickets you are sent a confusing email with various links to ‘login’ to use your tickets. You are then redirected to a website after having to login where you find out you cannot access the tickets without downloading the app and logging in again. Would be so much easier if, like other apps, just gave you your ticket link via a separate email.
Additionally, they charge several ‘extra’ charges and the extra payable amounts seem to change each time I am met with the unfortunate circumstance of having to use this website. Far cheaper ticket websites out there with much less hassle.
Would not recommend.
Most difficult customer service award
I bought tickets for electric bay, but can’t go Saturday so tried getting a refund. No. Tried to sell myself. No. Tried transferring to friends. No. You can’t copy order numbers to communicate with their stupid chat bot, you have to go back and forth for information and you can’t get information from the ticket page, you have to search the gig and do it yourself. It’s not a great source for tickets though they do sell them to you very easily. Just don’t make any mistakes or find you can’t go because your stuck with what you buy and Iv lost £500 to this joke.
