Worked initially

Great once films were downloaded...watched all the time. Since an upgrade few months back only a couple of the films I have downloaded will play...the other half dozen wont play. when I click to play/watch i just get blank screen on iPad and the timer going round...
.....UPDATE: uninstalled app, reinstalled and downloaded all films again. They still will not start to play when offline, but if you start the film while connected, you can then disconnect and they will play offline, however, if you stop the film and come back to where you left off, you again need connection to play again. Ridiculous.

Absolute Rubbish

What a complete load of rubbish this app is. The only reason it got one star is because I couldn't give it a negative rating Like others have mentioned I got the app so I could watch TV/films whilst away on holiday during some long train journeys. Silly me for thinking that would be a good idea. Of the 12 items downloaded only four will play off line from the download. All the others just give me a blank screen and one tells me it's not compatible with my device (an iPhone 6) ! Even when I got to my hotel and used their wifi it didn't work. I'm not interested in any convoluted fixes to try and make it work I just want to watch the programmes/films that I've paid for when, where and how I want to using the app that I've been told is there for the purpose. If the only way to watch them is via my own wifi connection at home I may as well watch them on my TV. Believe in better the adverts tell us. I do. which is why I'll look elsewhere.

If, like me, you want to build up your digital film library then it would be great to have a much wider choice of films to choose from, I know the different film companies need to come together on this but Sky is a very influential company and hopefully they can make this happen at some point, hopefully soon. Also why aren’t digital purchases available in UHD ??? Will they be available in UHD ??? Come on Sky, get your finger out, the reason I got Sky Q was fir the UHD content, and there ain’t much of it yet, and when digital purchases are available in UHD will my existing digital purchases be upgraded for free or at the very least a very reasonable low cost ???
