Do you have a SkyBell HD Video Doorbell? If yes, download this free app and start making your home safer by answering your front door from your favorite iOS® devices. This app is for the SkyBell HD version of the SkyBell Video Doorbell.
SkyBell is a Wi-Fi video doorbell with a video camera, microphone, speaker and motion sensor. When a visitor presses the button, SkyBell sends a live video feed to your mobile device so you can see, hear and speak to the person at your door whether you’re at home, at work or on the go – day or night, rain or shine.
SkyBell features a motion sensor to alert you when someone doesn’t press the button and a “Watch Live” feature that allows you to activate the live video directly from your app at any time—just like an IP camera.

Good, but
Motion detector not as reactive since latest update.
Notification is broken
Really considering switching to Nest or Ring as I don't think this company cares, since my last review 2 years ago nothing has been addressed. Still no Alexa Show support, app still take ages to load the stream, and on top of all that detection is broken, every 2 mins I get a message saying that there is movement, but no one is there, I live on a private street so it's not like trafic or anything like that. I contacted support who told me it was clouds. I even set the level to low but still spamming me with notifications so I turned it off, resulting in missed calls.
Also audio is not working any more, I can't hear the person at the door even in recordings I can hear myself but nothing from the doorbell.
i haven't seen any new updates from this company of late where as its competitors has.
Please fix this. Thank you.
Amazing SkyBell !
I have 3 different Skybell devices - HD for front door, Trim Plus for back door and Guardian for inside our home. They work flawlessly and simple to install and configure. The configuration takes less than 2 mins!! And the new app is really cool and easy to navigate. Well done SkyBell!!
