No image - doesn’t work
Followed instructions several times but no image showing. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times but no luck! Troubleshooting says to contact customer service but no contact number or email!
Works fine
To the ones having issues. Don’t connect via Bluetooth. Connect via wifi. No issues with my ear pick. Yes image quality is questionable at times same with lag from time to time. But that’s the devices onboard wifi module at fault, not the app.
How to make it work
Everyone writing reviews, having trouble getting the earpick to work. I had the same trouble, what you need to do is instead of trying to use Bluetooth when connecting, go to Wi-Fi and connect to the strange looking network. It worked straight away for me.
