It has something about it...
The application works well and looks good for the price it's asking for. It does everything it says in the description and is great if you like to drift off to music at your own pace, and don't want it glaring down your ears for the next few hours until you awake again, so I highly recommend this application to any music sleepers out there. The only reason I deducted one star was for the lack of customisation within the application itself, i.e. being able to alter the night sky to other virtual variants.
Great app, slight annoyance.
I'm a big fan of the app, and use it almost every night to go to sleep too.
The only real thing that bugs me is all the time sleepytime is open even when doing nothing and scheduled to do nothing it is quite a processor hog, regularly using 25-35% of my macbook airs CPU.
Other than this its a great app and i would recommend it.
This app has genuinely made my life so much easier!
I have a very high pressuer workload at University so I constantly need to get up early, being a student however this is extremely difficult. This gets me up in the morning without the nasty jolt in the morning that makes you reach for the snooze button. The way I use this app to get up in the morning is still to set an alarm on my mobile, so if I needed to get up at 06:00 say that's when I would set my mobile alarm for. I then set sleepytime to wake me up at 05:40 with an audiobook and have the volume wakeup setting as 'slowly increase'. Using this method I'm already semi-awake when my alarm goes off so getting out of bed is so much less of a chore than with a standard alarm.
Brilliantly produced app, very clever indeed.
Hats off to the producer!
