It’s a pretty good app, I like that you can now have your membership card on your phone. Very helpful.
One thing that would be really good is if you got a notification when you were added to a class when you are on the waiting list. At the moment I get an email and I don’t check my emails all the time. I was once added to an early morning class after I had gone to bed and got a fine.
Also when you book on a class and come back out to book another, a lot of the days/classes disappear. You can only see them again if you close down the app and restart it.

The app is ok(ish) but requires some fixes to make it a decent app.

The app doesn’t update the availability for classes accurately. A class will show as ‘waiting list’ on the main class list view but when you click into the class, it says there are spaces available but you can still only add yourself to the waiting list. Very frustrating. Reception end up calling to ask you if you want a space if you’ve been on the waiting list.

When you book a class and click confirm, it takes you back to the main class list page but you can no longer load dates beyond a week away as it says ‘no classes available’ when you try. You have to exit the main class list and load the ‘book fitness class’ again to be able to load all classes available. Again, frustrating.

You can’t book multiple classes either so I don’t know what the ‘cart’ is there for. That’s annoying too. Maybe a swipe function could be good for booking multiple classes.

These are the main issues I’ve found with it. If these were put right, I think it’d be a pretty decent app. But at the moment, it’s lacking.

It takes a long time to figure out how to get to the family swim booking form, the app resets itself every time I go in so I constantly have to login and re enter the right location and go through the process of looking for the activity which is not straight forward. It would have been beneficial to have had the access to booking sessions through the main menu drop down.
