Every time there is a phone update or app update logging back in is tedious. Also, a few minutes time delay to update status of car (I.e. plugged in, charging, location). The pre heat/air con function is hit and miss with the app. Support is slow and very hard to get hold of

The pre warm facility seems to be a bit flakey. The app says it may not work if the battery is less than 30% but apparently this figure is more like 60 or 70%.

It would be useful to be able to set the charge level at 80% to save the battery life rather than 100%.

One other comment on the car (more than the app) is that it would be much more sensible for it to start in Eco mode. It is a small electric car and why would you want to run it out of eco mode? Yet non eco mode is the default. So each time you start you have to press the eco mode switch. I suggest Mercedes’s just scrap the switch and save some money. (Eco mode just engages regenerative power on the braking)

Bought car a year ago in October. Initially app worked fine. Now won’t connect and update. Reported some weeks ago and nothing been done about it. Rely heavily on app features during winter months to preheat car on early cold mornings. Extremely disappointed to say the least.

This has now been fixed, but only after chasing up twice !. I was originally told some diagnostics were being run. I feel like I was just being fobbed off, as suddenly just last week the app started to work again. showing my updated mileage etc and stats. Plus allowing me to pre warm my vehicle, which I find of great benefit, having to leave for work at 4.30 on these cold and frosty winter mornings. Anyway it’s all sorted now. But I think this could have been rectified an awful lot quicker.
