Great app with missing integrations
Reliable and always works but it would be awesome if it would be enrolled to be able to install this app on m1 macbooks. Ability to enter pin with apple watch is also missing.

Only for banking
Using it only for Lithuanian banking, working not bad, notifications not always pops out. Nightmare starts if you have changed your phone. I moved from Samsung to Apple and now can’t get app running just because existing Smart ID account not supported, biometric ID not working for same reason, so now I have to fly to Lithuania to bank branch to get it working. All phones support passport scanner, maybe need a bit update for your app ?? Useless thing
In a nutshell
I got a new phone, so I already had this app on my old phone where I created it. I got a new phone and to create a new account I needed to log into my bank through the app, to set up the new account. Except I couldn’t get into my bank account CAUSE THIS APP IS WHAT I USED TO GET INTO IT. Quite funny logging into my bank acc through the app, as a confirmation Of my acc, but not being able cause I’m only setting it up and need it to get in. Explained it twice but kinda just sums this app AND my bank up. Why make it easy when it can be complicated

Great news! On 25th of February, 2020 we went live with biometric identification. This means, that you do not have to go to bank in order to update or register new Smart-ID account.
