Premium Subscriptions Terms & Conditions:
- Subscribed users have unlimited use of the Remote and access to all of its Premium features, without ads.
- Non-subscribed users can use each Premium feature once a day.
- Users can subscribe to two different plans: Weekly and Monthly auto-renewing subscriptions; or purchase a Lifetime remote for which they will receive all updates and new features forever.
- Payment will be charged to iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hour prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of renewal.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Upset about the lifetime subscription
I was using my remote control for one year an a half with no problem after paying the lifetime subscription
I recently I changed my iPhone and now the app is not allowing me to pair my tv. Is showing the following message “wait for allowing “ without success.
There is no way I found in the app to fix this issue, no email account and no one in costumer service available for helping.
I would like to have some explanation about what happened and support from the developers.
Smooth operator
Only just started to use this but initial signs are that it’s very good. Lots of features and easy to navigate. Very good.
Super disappointing
I am not usually writing reviews, at least not bad nor 1 star type of reviews but after i bought the TV and the app, i was expecting the app, which is extremely expensive... should definitely be free. Still after paying 24£ for an app i am expecting that app to be functional and helpful, which in this case is not. Crushes every single time i use it. I need to search for the tv every time i want to use it. Tried to ask for refund, nobody answered. Been using an
Iphone 11 pro max for the app... i don't think that it should be on the app store if is not well optimized for apple devices.
