Using with Mixx S1
Most functions work okay, sometimes lose notifications all together for a period of time but they do eventually come back again. Would have given 4 stars but a bit disappointed I cannot get any location details when using the exercise trackers - bp and heart rate work fine and it counts calories etc but it does not tell me what distance I have covered.

Purchased MIXX S1 watch and your app crashes
I purchased the watch because I’m disabled and wanted to track my heart rate, steps, temperature and sleep mainly. It tracked sleep 1 of 7 days, temperature is always 1/2 a degree lower, only links to phone when app open and if you try to look at previous days heart rate, the app closes. This could be such a great app, to accompany smartwatches, if you fixed bugs, that should not be there. A simple option to increase or decrease temperature displayed, after user checks it would work. Also if your temperature is high, it says “hight” not “high”. I’m now looking at returning the watch all because your app is so poor.
UPDATE: I returned the watch and purchased one at a third the price and it works fine. Found a software bug, informed them and it was fixed a few days later. This is an improving technology and will have problems.

The APP is bound to the watch and the APP is running in the background. The data cannot be synchronized when the APP is closed.
Frustrating
Battery lasts 24 hours. Then it disconnects with app so have to set up again. Only had it a week and I’ve had to reset and synchronise 3 times! It tracks heart, temp,oxygen levels and blood pressure when it feels like! I would not recommend! I had an old smart watch which was only £20 and the battery lasted over a week! And it recorded everything! Not once did I I have to re synchronise. I’m
Now looking for an updated version of my old watch as this one is useless
