Smart Timetable 4+

I downloaded this for my 11 yo son starting secondary school who has executive function difficulties and organisational challenges. He really likes being able to see at a glance what lessons are today, which teacher and which room. It’s helping him to think about what he needs to take with him each day without overloading his processing. As a parent, I like that I can check easily what he should have and prompt only if needed rather than having to go through a complex timetable every day. It also helps that I could input the two-weekly school timetable and he doesn’t have to try to remember which week he should be looking at :-) This app has definitely made our mornings easier!

Update: two months on, this app has become an integral part of our daily routine. I like that I just need to prompt him to check his schedule and he can prompt himself to get what he needs. We also check his emails together and input homework deadlines into his task screen when they are set which enables him to keep ahead of the deadlines and he enjoys the power of being able to tick them off when he’s completed the homework :-) His 8 yo ASD brother wanted to join in too so now has his primary timetable to check each day. I can’t recommend this app highly enough - it has made a huge difference in our family!

This is such a helpful app if you are packing your bag and all you have to do is switch on your phone and go to your Home Screen and there is your whole day shown in one simple but sweet widget. If you don’t like the shape or style of your widget there are seven different widget styles to chose from for your timetable. I love how you can set that off your timetable doesn’t repeat weakly you can make it rest in any week amount you want and if you don’t want to get your weeks scrambled you can edit you holidays so when you come back to school it will always start at the correct week. You can also set Colors to your classes so that when you rumuging for the right book you can immediately hunt down the correct book. But it isn’t all about the timetables when your homework diary is completely overloading you can also set tasks which can be displayed in three different widgets which… what a surprise can be displayed in different colors. Thank you Denis and co for making such a great app it has really improved my organisation. Thank you!

I had been trying to find a new app to use to timetable my day and add tasks into my schedule that I could sync across two devices and after searching for a while I can across Smart Timetable.

This app is really good for having on your phone as well as another device such as an iPad. It has really helped me in organising my day and sorting out what tasks I need to do and when I should get them done. It’s attractive with all the colours you can apply to different activities and you can switch between different routines that you have pre-made.

I would recommend this app to anyone looking to to schedule their day without having to pay the money. I will have to say to use the pro version and not pay you will have to watch ads but they are not a bother and don’t seem to come up for me too often.
