Description
Smart-VPN is a free VPN client app for Vigor Router users. It supports advanced VPN protocols, including IKEv2 EAP, IPsec Xauth, and DrayTek SSL VPN.
INFRASTRUCTURE REQUIREMENTS:
- A DrayTek Vigor router which supports VPN feature, such as Vigor2926 series, Vigor2862 series, Vigor2133 series, Vigor2762 series, Vigor2765 series, Vigor2960 series and Vigor3900 series.
- A Computer with macOS 10.15 or above

App says login credentials are wrong after restart
I have successfully setup and connected to a remote vpn, on reboot of my mac and trying to connect to vpn again pressing ‘connect’ button changes to ‘disconnect' but no connection or error message after many minutes, only when I click the disconnect button I then get an error message 'Username/password incorrect, please verify your setting or contact your administrator.’, when I edit the connection and add the same password again it connects successfully, but reboot and same issue, I have checked apple keychain before connecting and I can see the password is correct, but again trying to connect results in the same issue, I am going in circles everyday! any solution to this issue????
MacOs App Store Problem
I had previously used this software without issue, but since September2023 I have been trying to download it from the App Store on several different MacOS Systems- It refues to download, and even DrayTek's own Support Ticketing System does not seem to be working either... Struggling to find the Software that is downloadable from any other sourse than the AppStore. Pleas help DrayTek!
The only VPN client that worked for us!
After moveing a DrayTek Vigor VPN Firewall from one office to another - none of our other VPN client Apps/Software would work.
Then we downloaded and tried DrayTek's own one and it connected first time!
We found out that it would only connect on SSL VPN - but hey it works!
