SmartHQ lets you manage and control a variety of smart Appliances from GE Appliances, GE Profile, Café, Monogram, Fisher & Paykel, and Haier to give you total control of your headquarters, your home.
Replaces Café Appliances app, Monogram app, GE Laundry app, and GE Comfort app.
KEY FEATURES

Requires a compatible SmartHQ enabled Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Wall Oven/Range, Washer, Dryer, Window Air Conditioner, Portable Air Conditioners, Duct-free System, Whole Home Water Filter System, Water Softener, and Water Heater, or with a U+ Connect module. Basic
Does less than the remote for my Haier heat pump / air conditioner. For example, setting the unit to quiet mode is mandatory given how noisy and clunky the new unit is. There’s so much more it could do, but the developers seem to think the next priority is - wait for it - a RECIPE section! 🤯😩 also, the amount of mandatory personal information and location data is a bit of a red flag

Same as everyone: stuck in an email verification loop
Seriously… how many 1-star reviews do you guys need to actually get in sorting this app?? Everyone is having the same fundamental issue. We all can’t log in to the app because we are stuck in the email verification step. I have verified my email about 20 times and I still cannot access the account. Ridiculous.
I have emailed support. Haven’t received a reply yet.

Can’t log in
Same as other reviewers. I try to log in and am told I need to verify my account. I then open the email and it says my account has been verified, try to log in again and am sent in a loop being told I need to verify. I’ve been trying for a month to no avail. I saw other reviews had a reply to email their support, however I emailed over 3 weeks ago and have gotten no reply.
