Love it, but there are some bugs to address
I really love this game and play it every day. The maps are good overall and the consistent introduction of new characters keeps the game fun and interesting.
However, some of the bugs can be unbearable. For example, I was just playing a game of Dominion with Flare (and was trying to get the number one spot in the UK) and the avatar was just floating across the screen and glitching, meaning I couldn’t play, but all other characters in the game were able to attack me. I shut down the app and tried again but the same thing happened. This caused me to lose 20 trophies, even though I couldn’t help it. When I only gain 4 trophies per win, this can be really infuriating as it will take a while to make up that loss. Good to see that the developers are actively trying to fix these bugs, but even so it’s very upsetting.
Really enjoying the game but have encountered a purchase issue
I bought the platinum package today and during the process I had to update my card details with Apple as the card is due to expire at the end of April. I followed the prompts and updated the card details and was informed that the purchase was complete. I didn’t receive the items in the package so I checked my bank account and the transaction is there impending completion! Checked the store and the opportunity to buy the package is also still available, which it shouldn’t as it’s a 1 time purchase.
I’ve tried to contact support but I’ve not had any response as yet and I’m not sure what to do. I’ll be annoyed if the impending charge is completed and I don’t get the package I purchased!
Decent... I think?
This game looks really fun to play and I have watched many YouTubers play it. So I decided to download it but it kicks me out the moment I open the app. I know that the game is still new so the game crashing is pretty common but these glitches need to be addressed as soon as possible. I don’t think that this game should have been released to the public in its current state. I think they should have added more legends to diversify the game and fixed the game crashing at random times before releasing it. I gave this game 4 stars because I didn’t want to put people off the game because of the bad reviews. I genuinely believe in this game but it’s still got a long way to go.
