We’ll be with you every step of the way, helping you achieve your target, picking you up if you stumble, and celebrating your successes for 28 days and beyond!
Every week we will provide a guide broken down into manageable chunks, giving you missions to complete and timely, useful advice.
Every October you can join thousands of people quitting via Stoptober, join the national quit attempt this year!

I have only just downloaded this app and I am already enjoying the benefits of it, don’t get me wrong I have tried many times & failed however I did manage 4 years off the smoking & after putting my cigarette money faithfully in a jar which could only be smashed to get my money out I actually paid for a new leather suite after only 8 months so that alone kept me going, however with family issues I stupidly started again but now that I have this app I can check it everyday to see my progress. I think this app along with strong willpower will push me on through which is one of the hardest things to give up. I’m 48 now & have a grandson so I want to be able to enjoy him & be as healthy & wealthy as I can be. All I can do is do my best so fingers crossed this app is going to help me along with my journey.........🙏🙏
I stopped smoking in August 2021 with the help of this App and a lot of self will power . It really helped me focus on what I was trying to do and made it fun instead of a chore . Trying to get the badges and seeing how much I was saving kept me focused on the App rather than the stopping smoking . Ok I slipped back a few times in the early days and the app even helped me with getting back to what I was trying hard to do., got me back to my goal . And now I can honestly say I’ve finally stopped smoking .
It’s a wonderful App , that offers help and makes you determined to see the task through . I still use it today but only to check how much I’m saving . It’s amazing .
I’m 52 and been smoking since I was 13 , iv tried zillions of times to give up but something always gave me the reason to start up again besides the cravings .
Iv used this app a few times it’s good in the way that it counts the days you have stopped and then asks have you smoked , if you say yes you start all over again , that sort of gives you the guilt feeling and the annoyed with yourself feeling ha …… it’s also great in the way it tells you what is recovering in your body as the weeks go on .
I’m now on my 119th day of not smoking and that sounds soooo good . Apart from feeling healthier, looking better , I’m bubbling with pride ! Well done me ! And thankyou NHS APP !
