Easy ordering fast delivery

Have used this app 3 times for delivery by the Co-op store locally. The first time delivery was very fast but they forgot one item. Easily rectified and within the hour item received. 2nd time again one item was missing this time it arrived promptly with a bouquet of flowers as an apology. 3rd time everything was there.
The drivers are friendly and cheerful, I can order pretty much everything I need and I like Co-op quality, it’s ideal for me as I can be independent and it means I can get a delivery within a couple of hours, none of this booking a slot for the following week if you’re lucky.
I had an issue trying to “invite friends” but web producers were very prompt in identifying the problem and giving me a link to use until they had updated the version.
In lockdown when visiting a shop should be avoided I find it a brilliant option.

Accessibility could be better.

I found this app because the shop I am getting deliveries from at the minute, they want me to use it. I am blind, so use VoiceOver on the iPhone, which is a screen reader for the use of blind people. This app is not very accessible, unlabelled buttons, a difficult menu, it’s not very good. I was able to register successfully, so I had high hopes, it went downhill from there on. I was unable to verify my mobile phone number, even though the number was correct. Overall, a very poor service, it took me an hour to fill my basket. Too much going back and forth, it’s very disjointed. It will take me an hour just to fill a basket. Also, please, label your buttons! It’s only because of what voice-over does to make things accessible that your app is usable at all! Extremely disappointed, in fact, do you know anything about accessibility? I think not! This app, quite frankly, is a disgrace! Registration aside, it is totally on usable. It gave me a headache!

Really helped me!

After 3 hours, no delivery had to call only to be told I wouldn’t be getting it. Not even a phone call. Shocking...The only thing I would comment on is a few times I have forgotten something and when calling the stores simply been told I must place another order which of course incurs a second delivery charge. I would also like to have the option to remove the carrier bag charge when it isn’t necessary- putting 1 pack of cigarettes into a carrier bag i could fit my whole body into is ludicrous...

But always on time and as I can’t drive in a neck brace - I’m not actually too sure what I would do without this service.
