Snipers vs Thieves 12+

I can credit the game for all its done right but I’d be here too long and it wouldn’t improve anything. At the moment the game has one HUGE problem. After the tutorial (around level 7) the game breaks due to an imbalance in the mechanics. I should not be able to end a game in less than 8 seconds. I saved my in game cash an bought a sniper ( as many have) that’s far too powerful. I can shoot four shots and the game is over making it impossible to play the game as a thief. This has really taken the fun out of the game as playing as a thief Is no longer fun knowing you won’t win even if you had exceptional gadgets and gizmos in your arsenal. I’m sure the developers know about this current problem but it currently is out of hand and needs to be looked into and amended.

Aside from that 9/10 game, with only other pest being there is no faster way of opening cases other than spending real money. I’m sure most wouldn’t mind to watch a short ad to knock half an hour off the timer but there are more pressing matters for the mean time.

You get low level players with rifles that one shot even high level players that are supposedly unlocked at levels way above them. I’m talking level 21 with a rifle that is unlocked at level 48. Even if you can buy the rifles with money if you’re not at a level to use them you should have to work until you get there. You can only level up by upgrading which is costly and requires tokens that aren’t always easy to come by, so levelling up is not easy and people that do it shouldn’t be trampled on by money.
Most of the time you’re not even playing with or against real people, bots most of the time with maybe one real player. The support is trash, they never respond in the game or Facebook, they don’t care they just want your money. The server is terrible. The button that launches you into the match doesn’t respond 50% of the time. This game is going nowhere. Just avoid developers that only want money, I’ve uninstalled. I wouldn’t play any games they produce in the future either, their mindset is wrong from the get go.

In response to the developer, I haven’t received a response to this day to my Facebook message (which claims they reply in a day) so I don’t appreciate you defending that while in my experience that’s a lie. I waited a week for a response in game via support, then I uninstalled. I’m not just spewing nonsense. As for the guns being OP and available to people at low levels I assume if they pay, no response there I see.

We respond to every single ticket and every Facebook message (although we don't have the time to answer every comment). We want to create a game and community which work in tandem with one another.

We recently made improvements to matchmaking in our latest update and we always try to match players with real people, that's unless if connection issues/matchmaking (e.g finding people on your rank) isn't available.

We give tokens with every loot box you open (which are earned after each heist) and tokens can be purchased using cash on the black market too :)

Look, it’s a good idea, but it’s a crap game. The matchmaking is pathetic. As a thief, all of your teammates just run in circles, which is annoying. In the lower leagues, the thieves have the better equipment with higher levels and stuff than the sniper, so it’s impossible for the sniper to win in the lower leagues. In the higher leagues, it’s the complete opposite. The sniper has the better equipment than the thief, also higher level, so it’s impossible for the thief to win in the higher leagues. Also, the thief horde mode is crap. All of the thieves use these abilities, like rockets and flash bangs, to make it impossible for you to see them. As well as this, they seem to have infinite health. I’ve tried it nearly 10 times and my high score so far is only 2. Worse, for some reason, you have hacked snipers that can shoot through buildings, cars, everything. They also have maxed out power ups and maxed out sniper, so you’re dead before you have even moved from your first “protection.” I get hacked snipers pretty much every game, from the lowest league, to the highest. This should not be allowed. I am very disappointed. So, it’s been deleted. It has great potential, but needs major fixing. If you sort out what I have listed above, I will change my review and possibly download it again. Thanks for reading.

Please note that there is a gadget that lets snipers see and shoot through covers but it inflicts reduced damage.
