SoberUp helps you to track and manage your drinking. Do you want to know both how much you're spending and how much you're actually drinking? SoberUp takes away the guess work by allowing you to log drinks with a quick, clean interface, which you can then see an easy to understand breakdown.
SoberUp helps provide motivation to target your drinking and then to help you quit drinking and stay quit. Using your logged information, SoberUp calculates how much not drinking has saved you in both financial and physical costs via it's honest representation of alcohol consumed.
Please note, It is important to remember that quitting alcohol can be dangerous to your health so it is vital to seek the support of a doctor, SoberUp is designed to help alongside other professional methods, not replace them.
