What do some people expect.

I keep reading that people are saying that one has to deposit to win real cash, but that’s obvious !
It’s the same as when one plays online slots.
Surely these dim-wits didn’t think that they could just play a game for free and win money, well,I suppose that it’s obvious that that’s what they did think !

Used to be better

This game keek changing how easy it is to play in practice mode. They’ve removed the ability to earn Z by watching an add and reduced the prizes available in the 12 hourly prize. You can now wait 12 hours and just get 2 or 3 ‘Z’. As the house takes such a big cut of each game you’ll soon run out.
When you could watch adds I’d just do that and be praying again. Now I have to wait hours. So I give up. I used to enjoy practice mode and then occasionally play for real money. Now it’s so difficult to practice I don’t put my money in anymore. I guess the developers thought making the free practice mode more difficult to use would make us pay to play. It’s had the opposite effect for me I’m afraid. When free Z are so hard to come by when you lose them it reminds you how the same would happen with your own real cash. Plentiful free Z had the opposite effect and made me play more, enjoy it more and occasionally gamble more. I’ve uninstalled now and use a different backgammon app that actually lets me practice for free without waiting hours for the chance to just play 1 game.
I’m also still not convinced this game isn’t rigged.

Account issues and website issues

Lost all progress on first time round. Didn’t verify an account but I didn’t know I had to. Wasn’t playing for real money and most apps have an automatic link to game centre or give an option. After losing all progress, second account…made some progress then tried to verify account…said verification email sent. Nothing was sent, and I checked junk. Went to their website, logged it asking them to sort this issue. Clicked submit and it loaded up a page saying “this page does not exist”. So, I am done playing! What a waste of many hours! Shame, it was enjoyable. Sort your communications out! Very frustrating!
