I have been playing this game since Nov 2014 and my day starts with the daily challenge. I am trying to improve my timings but have to face the fact that there are some truly fast players!! I am a senior citizen which enables me to keep my brain alert and to use my memory. Testing myself on a regular basis is essential for the good feel factor. I also enjoy the off line version as it helps with waiting in airports etc. Thank you keep the good work up.Adding to the above it is now Friday 13th October 2017. Still playing everyday if possible. The only time I don't play is when I have no internet. It is part of my daily routine, and I always manage to crack it. Times are much the same, but some days are faster. I love the background changes, especially looking forward to the Christmas background. The Halloween background for the daily games is great. Keep the good work up. I even don't mind the adverts!! I still hope to be playing when I am a 100. Perhaps I will get into the " Guinness Book of Records" 🥇

Confused as well
Since up,date keeps freezing..blank screen in brown...doesn,t get as far as showing ad..have to cancel game and restart ..been playing happily for many years until Now..Support keeps asking for screen shot...not possible as nothing to show only blank screen .. no help offered...will delete now..... Have reloaded and it’s now worse...what have you done to this fabulous game..support no help I,m afraid..HELP...here we go again..just reloaded it for the second time .....hopeless....blank screen after one game with contact us message in bottom left of blank screen...and guess what ..that did not work...just blank screen and nothing.,.really fed up after years of using this game them after update all these blank screens ..can’t contact help as it does not come up on settings so am stuck with a nothing game which I am about to delete if not rectified.... Game rated 5 ...support help 0....so unfortunately have had to delete as they were unable to solve problem satisfactory..shame as played this game without any problem for many years.. Thought I would give it another go after a break of a couple of years ..got fed up with its faults…..well it started out great but then hey presto adverts upon adverts …no way of shutting them down …how many variations of solitaire are you trying to sell us when I considered this was the best one ..some adverts let you get rid of them very quickly but some just go on and on until you come out of the game…shame ..spoilt it once again .. my finger is poised over the delete button if you do not solve this ..

What have you done to one of my favourite games? Just updated and wish I hadn’t. I’m not quick but enjoy trying for a low card count now I can’t compare my count with others. Also this was so calming, not the same. Think I’ll turn this off and find another. Been playing this for years, like the daily challenge. Why change something that was working Had another look, rubbish. Where is the daily challenge? Why would I want to level up? I used to play every morning, no more. Turned off and staying off. One star because I couldn’t send without a rating So I’m giving it another try. I still don’t want to “level up.” How can I get rid of the puffs when the cards land? So annoying. Wish I’d not updated it but I’ve tried others and not found one that’s as good. I don’t know why you messed with something that was just right. There was a way of telling if the deal was winnable, is that there? Still wish that I hadn’t updated the old app. It says to “level up” but no way of opting out, so annoying. Along with the “puffs” when the cards land, distracting. Is there a way to turn these off? Better than the others

Ads getting too intrusive

Have loved this game for years & play it a lot. However the ads are increasingly getting much longer and play very loudly even when you have the game sound off. Some games take over a minute to load (eg Jackpot Magic Slots) and in that time you are not able to exit. Many have lengthy animations and the X to enable you to exit takes far too long to appear which is very frustrating when your have seen the same ad many, many times. I appreciate that adverts mean the game is free however they are now much too intrusive and annoying which alienates the customer which I’m sure is not what the advertisers are actually aiming for. Fewer & shorter ads would make me more inclined to watch and pay attention to them rather than just desperately waiting for the X to close appearing. The game I would rate as 5 star however because of issues with the adverts I can only rate it as a 3
